We are looking for investment tickets between 25 and 300 million Euros, with a geographical focus on prime city locations and established resort destinations across Western Europe, as well as the US.

After the full development cycle including conversion, re-design, branding and successful business ramp up with over-market cash flow performance, we pursue a disposition strategy which maximizes exit prices by offering outstanding landmark assets via orchestrated auctions to attract both strategic investors as well as the capital markets.
